On Friday October 8th 2021, the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) released the following Press Release regarding Project Titan during the World Ufology Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

ICER PRESS STATEMENT

The following statement was released during the World Ufology Congress in Barcelona, Spain (8-10 October 2021).

The Executive Council of the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) confirms that on Monday 13th September 2021, a small delegation from CUN (Central Ufologia Nazionale) and ICER attended an introductory meeting with Andrea Belluzzi, the Minister of Culture for San Marino, and that documentation pertaining to Project Titan was presented to him which he accepted on behalf of the San Marino government.

This follows on from the recent International UFO Symposium which took place 11-12 September 2021 in San Marino hosted by CUN (Central Ufologia Nazionale) and ICER (International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research) which included guest speakers such as Luis Elizondo.
