ARE CONGRESS ABOUT TO DISCLOSE THE EXISTENCE OF A NON-HUMAN INTELLIGENCE?
Scene from the movie Arrival (2016 - dir. Denis Villeneuve / produced by Paramount Pictures)
THE TWO BIGGEST questions facing mankind are ‘what happens when we die’, and ‘are we alone in the universe’. An answer to either would be historic and unprecedented on a monumental level. As strange and paradigm shifting as it may seem, we might be in a position to ask a serious question of the latter. What would it mean for us as an intelligent species should it be disclosed or discovered that we may not be alone? And even more alarming is to consider the notion that we might soon have an answer to whether we are alone right here on this planet. Never-mind in the solar-system, the Milky Way galaxy or the larger universe, what if something is here with us now?
A potent question is hovering in front of us - ‘does the advanced technology of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena represent something potentially non-human’?
If the answer is yes - then that instantly becomes the biggest story in our human history. Whether the world can handle this information in an era of history where the intellectual debate ranges from television drama to irrelevant social media outage remains to be seen. Given that the limited scope of human attention ranges from Love Island, Married at First Sight and whatever the Kardashian’s have said recently, seems to take priority over serious issues impacting our world. Anyone who has seen the Leonardo DiCaprio/Jennifer Lawrence film Don’t Look Up knows exactly what we mean. Questions are avoided when they pose anxiety on a mass scale.
Taking a closer look, the potential veracity in the extreme ‘extraterrestrial’ question comes through the radical ability of this unique technology, that simply put - we as humans cannot replicate this reported UAP technology. We do not have ‘anti-gravity’, or ‘transmedium’ vehicles or ‘instantaneous acceleration to dead-stop’ technology.
For hypersonic Discs, Tic-Tacs, Pyramids, Triangles, Cubes and Spheres to descend rapidly from space and to ascend from the the dark depths of Earth’s oceans mean that we must consider the equation. This is the sum of all equations to which the answer is more important than any other. The sheer potential is incredibly significant in itself. What is engaging Navy Pilots?
Are we dealing with something ‘Alien’ in the non-human sense?
To those of us who have spent time in this UAP research field know the incredible significance. We have spoken with scientists, program directors, members of the intelligent community, researchers and journalists and have all but concluded that Russia and China did not and do not have this technology. It is that extreme.
Additionally, foreign adversaries did not have this technology in 2015 during the USS Roosevelt case or during 2004 at the time of the USS Nimitz case. Certainly, they didn’t have this technology in the 1940s and 1950s when these same objects were originally being reported within the United States Airforce’s Project Bluebook.
So what if they are alien (non-human)? How does that translate in the real world?
We have all seen Hollywood movies such as Independence Day and Arrival – both depict bad and good extraterrestrials who share the same engagement behaviour – aka they both depict aliens who show themselves very openly to humans.
In the real world this doesn’t happen and hasn’t happened, for whatever reason. The anomalous phenomena of ‘UFOs’ hide on the edge of our subconscious and give us only glimpses of themselves. They play cat and mouse with rather alarmed Navy Pilots and also engage military vessels for hours at a time but then will simply disappear without a trace. Sometimes down to the ocean, up into space or dematerialise from reality completely. This may seem far-fetched, but it’s what is being conveyed behind the scenes and what Congress is facing. They are dealing with pure fiction come to life.
We must consider how far are Congress willing to go on this issue? Will they decide the world isn’t ready? Maybe the UAP technology is somehow Russian - as unlikely as that may seem, judging by the images we have seen from their incursion into Ukraine - and that measures need to be taken in that respect.
We must consider how far are Congress willing to go on this issue? Will they decide the world isn’t ready?
What do we know so far? We know that sometime prior to 2017/2018 some were being made aware of the UAP issue in the dark corners of classified rooms. For certain, we know that as the UAP initiative progressed through the years 2017-2022 briefings at the classified level skyrocketed. We know that legislation was written in 2019 to allow pilots to document their sightings. We know that a UAP Task-Force was created by DoD to investigate anomalous technology. We know that a Director of National Intelligence-focused preliminary report on UAP was produced for Congress in summer of 2021 that showed 143/144 objects couldn’t be identified. Most of these objects were ‘classified shapes’. We know that Congress created a permanent UAP Office within the Department of Defense (DoD) to fully investigate the issue. And now we know that the Congress are satisfied with DoD and their slow walk efforts – hence the emerging Congressional Hearings.
Congress believes in something. NASA are starting to believe and acknowledge something. We just don’t know what that something is – and no, despite the more outlandish conspiracy theorist claims - Congress haven’t been tricked into believing in UFOs. Despite the statements from Congressman Adam Schiff last year, does it actually mean Congress believes that UAP are Aliens? Arguably, they are not giving an open interpretation of origin and seemingly are looking to DoD to give an accurate assessment of the situation. Which hasn’t happened, hence, the stand-off and Congressional Hearings.
Consider this hypothetical situation - DoD can’t legally lie to Congress because heads will roll. DoD cannot identify UAP because, let’s say that UAP are unidentifiable. UAP are unidentifiable because they are disappearing from radar, some at incredible rates of speed up into the atmosphere, other below the ocean, and then some simply disappear completely. If DoD cannot identify their origin and they cannot identify their final destination and cannot attribute the vehicles to any known country - then what do they say to Congress about origin?
The upcoming series of Congressional UAP hearings may indeed focus on this issue. However, we have it on good authority that the first hearing won’t dive head first into the concept of ‘extraterrestrials’, it will be grounded and provide appropriate framework for allowing further hearings to build upon. The first hearing may focus on the preliminary UAP report from 2021 as a baseline, probing unclassified questions and answers into what constituted the dynamics of the report. If you are looking for ‘disclosure’ then you might want to check back in 2026. This UAP initiative is a process of understanding, accountability and acceptance in which we need to safeguard our societal institutions from conspiracy theorists who would rage war against the fragile system of government.
So please, “be patient” is the call from those behind the scenes. Be cautious about these series of hearings, the obfuscation attempts, and take note that they will not bring about the direct disclosures of extraterrestrials (if that’s what they even are). Should any of this be even remotely true, then this time period is the most significant in timeframe in history. And if any of this is true then we will see that reflected in the words of high ranking officials and in the actions of some very significant agencies, potentially in the very near future.
